Return Process

2. Receive a Return Authorization : Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Package the Item : Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documents. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Package : Send the package using a trackable shipping method to the address in the return instructions.

Refunds

– Processing Time : Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
– Refund Method : Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
